Miss China Europe Pageant
Miss China Europe Pageant (MCE) is an annual beauty pageant organized by OrienTouch-Entertainment and co-organized by TVBS Europe. The pageant is the first in the Chinese beauty pageant in Europe that firmly establishes its reputation in the continent. The pageant aims at advocating Chinese entertainment culture, uniting Chinese community, cultivating Chinese talents, and the winner will become Europe's representative for the Miss Chinese International Pageant that organized by TVB in Hong Kong.
With auditions, pre-selections and local finals in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, France, Germany and Italy, there will be 12 beauties selected for the final that to be held at a theater in The Netherlands. Our past champions include Miss Oceane Zhu (Winner and Miss Youth of Miss Chinese International Pageant 2008) and Miss Julie Lam (Miss Youth of MCI 2009), received a contract from TVB.
We have attracted more than a hundred thousand visitors from all around the world, and a total page hits of over million hits in our website, along with our diverse media partners, including TVBS Europe, Sing Tao Europe Daily, Spectrum Radio London, Eastweek Magazine, Asiannews, CRTV and London Global Times, not only will our final show be broadcasted in 48 European countries, but also our media exposure spreads over the Chinese population over in Europe.
This year Orientouch will introduce China Business Event 2009, together with MCE, that to be held in December 2009, which aims to extend our project in a greater scale.
