FORTIS Circustheater
In the 50's the Circustheater was a real circus which was only opened during the summer. It was called the Circus Strassburger. Circus Strassburger would like to show their appreciation of sponsorship from FORTIS, the Belgium-Dutch Bank and Insurance Corporation, it renamed to The FORTIS Circustheater.
The Circustheater, which is established for more than 100 years, became the property of Stage Entertainment in 1991 and has been completely renovated under its management.
FORTIS Circustheater is the largest theatre in Holland with 1840 seats capacity, with the pleasure to bring us lots of successful musical like "Les Miserables", "The Phantom of the Opera", "Miss Saigon", "Elisabeth", "Aïda", "The Lion King", "Beauty and the Beast" and "Tarzan".
This year is the second time in a row that the Miss China Europe Pageant will be held in this representative and historic theatre. We believe you will be impressed of the performance from our finalist, performers and special guests from HK. We all will be there to make it an unforgettable and memorable event for you.
